Description:
MM Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality & Safety Manager to lead our compliance, auditing, and safety programs in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment serving the medical device and aerospace industries. This role is critical to maintaining our ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 certifications while driving a culture of quality and safety across the organization.
You’ll partner with executive leadership, production teams, and external auditors to ensure our processes meet the highest industry standards. Beyond compliance, you’ll be a strategic advisor—identifying risks, improving performance, and leading initiatives that protect employees and strengthen customer trust.

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and lead internal audits, manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs), and track performance metrics.
• Present key quality and safety performance indicators to senior leadership, influencing decision-making.
• Review customer surveys and feedback, ensuring requirements are met and corrective actions are followed through.
• Lead company-wide safety programs, including OSHA compliance, equipment standards, training, and incident investigations.
• Mentor leaders and employees at all levels, building a proactive safety and quality culture.
• Partner with third-party consultants and auditors to ensure strong compliance across all facilities.
