QUALITY AND SERVICE OFFICER (1) FULL TIME INDEFINITE HIRE EXECUTIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF EXECUTIVE SERVICES   SALARY LEVEL: PAY BAND 7 $71,094.40- $109,449.60 ANNUALLY DEADLINE TO APPLY: APRIL 21, 2026, BY 4:00PM   SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Associate Executive Director, the Quality and Service Officer is responsible for the effective administration of the organization’s quality assurance and service excellence functions. This position ensures that all service complaints are processed in accordance with established policies and procedures, and that all other types of complaints and appeals are accurately tracked and monitored. The Quality and Service Officer is also responsible for the delivery of training and awareness initiatives related to the organization’s service commitment, service standards, and various complaint and appeal processes.   QUALIFICATIONS:  * Bachelor’s degree in public administration, social sciences, law, business, human resources, or a related field. * Five (5) years of relevant work experience. OR * Two-year post-secondary degree in public administration, social sciences, law, business, human resources, or a related field. * Seven (7) years of relevant work experience. Native preference in hiring. A criminal record check is mandatory before start of employment. As a requirement of employment, all applicants must have a Canadian Social Insurance number.
