We’re seeking a motivated Quality and Service Improvement Officer to join our Residential Team. In this role, you’ll work across our aged care homes to support clinical service improvement, strengthen quality and compliance processes, and partner with site leaders to enhance resident outcomes.  You’ll be involved in audits and accreditation, data analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. This is an opportunity to step beyond day-to-day clinical work and build your leadership capability in a role that influences care at scale. You’ll expand your impact beyond a single site, develop expertise in quality and governance, and play a key role in shaping the future of aged care in South Australia.   You’ll also make an impact by:  * Role modelling a customer focused approach across all areas of the business * Supporting leaders to interpret and use data to improve resident outcomes * Assisting sites through Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission assessments and preparation * Supporting serious incident investigations and implementation of improvements * Coordinating quality review processes and identifying opportunities for improvement * Supporting internal audits and ensuring alignment with standards and policies * Monitoring clinical data, incidents, and feedback to maintain compliance and oversight * Building strong relationships with stakeholders to support quality and improvement initiatives   What you’ll bring  To succeed in this role, you will have: * Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA) Registered Nurse * Three years’ experience post AHPRA registration  * High level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and peers. * Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of continuous improvement, across broad areas of a medium to large size residential aged care facility * Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and experience in quality management in the aged care or healthcare sector.    You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: * Postgraduate qualifications in health services management or related quality/ business qualifications. * Previous experience in the aged care sector  Position description- Quality and Services Improvement Officer [https://helpinghandagedcare.sharepoint.com/sites/PDupdate/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FPDupdate%2FShared%20Documents%2FGeneral%2F1%2E%20PDF%20Position%20descriptions%202024%2FQuality%20and%20Service%20Improvement%20Officer%2Epdf&parent=%2Fsites%2FPDupdate%2FShared%20Documents%2FGeneral%2F1%2E%20PDF%20Position%20descriptions%202024]    Why Helping Hand?
