Description

Checking the goods receipt documents received from the goods receiving and quality control departments of the external warehouse and processing quality defects.
Procurement, allocation and verification of the received batch documentation (CoA, CoC), packaging materials for correctness and conformity with requirements
Review and independent execution of the compliance check of the goods receipt documents received and verified by the goods receipt and quality departments of the external warehouse in accordance with SOP(s) and subsequent release in the system (SAP) and in the Batch Market Release Tool.
Evaluation and tracking of all quality-relevant incidents of the service provider in the external warehouse as Quality Oversight
Testing and evaluation of transport temperatures in case of limit violations
Preparation of the legal release in accordance with § 16 AMWHV by a qualified person
Creation / review of SOPs and representation of the Quality Release department during audits and regulatory inspections.
Creating distribution complaints, processing and assessing returns in the external service provider's warehouse according to SOPs, and documenting the process.
Maintenance of TOR data (warming times for refrigerated goods) in the PLE of the external service provider.
Implementation and compliance with company directives and HSE regulations within one's own area
