Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager. This individual will maintain and organize Quality Documents, manage Quality Metrics, and other various tasks. The Quality Associate will also stay updated on regulatory and customer requirements and assist the Quality Manager in maintaining compliance with these requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Monitor and maintain International Traffic Traffic in Arms (ITAR) requirements
  • Monitor and maintain all AS9100 Quality System documents
  • Maintain Quality Metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proficient with various Excel Functions including Pivot Table, V Lookup, Charts, other data analysis tools
Proficient with MS Sharepoint, Lists, Planner, Teams, OneNote, Visio, Forms
Attention to Detail
Problem solving skills
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Can log on to a computer system, navigate in windows, perform simple tasks within applications and enter information into a database/software program.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass respirator training and requirements.
