Responsibilities

DEPENDING ON THE SPECIFIC ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Daily Support of Union City Processes. Verify process is properly defined. Verify process is being followed. Process delivering desired results.

    • Adhere to Department Job Instructions (JI’s) to ensure high-quality output

  • Closely monitor Key Process Metrics; investigate any negative performance with Supervisor, Team Leader and associates to determine root cause and corrective action.

  • Consistently apply the Quality Standards to in-process and finish goods throughout the operation.
  • Quarantine (red tag) nonconforming material; drive for quick disposition.
  • Perform process audits throughout the Union City Plant.
  • Lead ISO internal audits of the Union City Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Participate in ISO Surveillance audits.
  • Uphold excellent 5S standards in the workplace, Participate and perform finished good audits, quality inspections, PPAP verifications, and any development testing as requested.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
