QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/SKILLS
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a QA Administrator.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the ISO 9001 standard and a foundational understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) are considered assets.
- Proficient in the use of Jira for project management and task tracking.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator is responsible for providing support on assigned QA related processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and regularly update employee training documentation and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee and manage document control processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Support Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities as required, contributing to quality assurance efforts.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the Quality Assurance (QA) team, enabling efficient workflow and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
