Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (depending on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a school or educational setting in the UAE

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Administrator to support and monitor the implementation of quality standards across all programs and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, documentation, and quality frameworks within a school or educational environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal quality assurance systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, KHDA, CDA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support in preparing reports, data logs, and compliance documentation for inspections and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of student files, staff credentials, and quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure consistency in processes and adherence to service standards.
  • Monitor feedback from parents and staff and follow up on corrective and improvement actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest practical improvements.
  • Assist in preparing materials and documentation for accreditations, audits, or inspections.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, action plans, and quality control updates to management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a quality assurance or administrative role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, especially KHDA/CDA regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Own visa preferred.
