Description
We are looking for a QA Analyst Intern to join us for our Obsidian University Internship Program. Come help us make our next world-class roleplaying game! Bring strong attention to detail and familiarity with a wide variety of game genres and platforms, including RPGs. Spend the summer learning from every discipline involved in making games by working side-by-side with our world-class developers. Help build fantastic worlds and contribute to the next great Obsidian Entertainment title. Responsibilities Test game features and content to ensure the final product matches the intended design Log clear and detailed bug reports, verify fixes, and help maintain the bug database Collaborate with other team members to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues Develop, update, and execute test plans to track testing and development progress Collect data, contribute in strike team meetings, and share feedback to support game development Requirements Strong attention to detail, including the ability to analyze complex game systems and mechanics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Pluses An unquenchable thirst for learning Previous experience testing games or other software Experience creating game mods, participating in game jams, or doing any other hobbyist game development Passion for gaming and the games Obsidian makes Obsidian Entertainment is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
