We are looking for someone who can combine the responsibilities of Quality Assurance & Data Analyst, with 1-2 years of experience. Working alongside Christina, Vice President of Partnerships, you would be a part of our Supplier Relations team, which manages strategic partnerships, agreements, and incentive programs.
Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting and entering airline contracts and performing manual QA to verify accurate data interpretation. While most QA tasks are manual, the data aspect of your role will involve querying, analyzing, and presenting information. Experience with dashboards or AI prompt refinement to enhance data accuracy would be a valuable extra.

• Interpret and enter airline contract terms into the system accurately
• Conduct manual QA checks to ensure the system correctly parsed contract details.
• Develop strategies to conduct manual QA efficiently, ensuring data quality and completeness.
• Spot-check bookings to verify commission calculations are correct.
• Use SQL and non-SQL databases (MySQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB) to validate and troubleshoot data issues.
• Bonus - Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, LookML) to build reports and monitor integration health is a plus.
• Bonus - Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
