We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, working closely with our mobile app team, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance tasks for all features and functionalities on our FlightHub and justfly.com iOS and Android applications. With time, the role may scale to cover additional features and functionalities of our desktop and mobile web platforms. To hit the ground running in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of the basic principles of QA and testing processes. By uncovering and investigating issues, you will ultimately identify fixes and recommend improvements. You will work in close collaboration with key business stakeholders, product owners, and developers. It is imperative that you are curious by nature, you like to solve problems, a large number of cases to test does not scare you & you want to influence the outcome of a successful and pleasant booking process for our customers.

  • Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
  • Documenting and maintaining test procedures for future reference and compliance;
  • Conducting manual and automated tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose;
  • Analyzing the results of tests and providing meaningful reports to the development team;
  • Testing both the front end user interface and back end databases to ensure a seamless user experience;
  • Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
  • Validating API functionality, performance, and security;
  • Working closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and to ensure quality and timely delivery of features;
  • Participating in agile development processes and attending all scrum-related meetings;
  • Comfortable working in a bilingual and fast-paced environment.
