  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and basic project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in managing system changes while upholding rigorous quality standards across IT deliverables. Working closely with Technology Business Partners, developers, and wider business stakeholders, you’ll ensure all change initiatives are delivered smoothly, securely, and successfully.
Your responsibilities will span across evaluating and managing change requests, running quality assurance processes, and helping to implement solutions that maintain stability and support growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess, document, and oversee change requests related to technology systems and applications.
  • Conduct risk and impact analyses for proposed changes, identifying and addressing potential challenges early.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to detect and resolve system defects.
  • Monitor testing progress and outcomes, document findings, and lead issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and change management standards, policies, and frameworks.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate change effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all QA and change-related activities.
  • Liaise effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and business users to provide updates and insights throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on change management and QA best practices.
