We are currently seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST to join our team!
We think that coming to work should be inspirational, motivational, and fun! When you join Directors Investment Group, it is like you are being welcomed into one big family. We love what we do, and we love outdoing ourselves and challenging each other to grow both personally and professionally every day.
The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of how to leverage and navigate the tools, technologies, and processes that are implemented within their team. From there, the QAA would be expected to start testing within development sprints and/or projects. Contributing to testing a development sprint entails writing test cases, and writing documentation to accompany the corresponding ticket. In addition to testing, the QAA is expected to communicate and interact with peers and stakeholders. These interactions are a focus of scheduled meetings; however, it is not uncommon for them to occur day-to-day within the office.
Technology is fast paced and ever changing so it is important to regularly research tools, technology, and approaches that are leveraged throughout the industry - the QAA is expected to participate in continued education. There is also company endorsed training. This training is typically optional, but completion of certain training is mandated throughout the organization. This training covers a variety of topics, including, but not limited to technological security awareness, leadership, spirituality, and health.
