Job Description Conducts case file review of all programs (Choices NCP, Choices TANF, SNAP, TAA, WIOA Adult/ DW/Young Adult) Manages surveillance of workforce activities and uses statistical sampling, audit, and observation techniques to evaluate compliance with policies and adherence to contract requirements Assists with creating and updating standard operating procedures Performs monthly center Personal Identifiable Information checks to monitor compliance with Board/Equus policies Provides policy clarification and technical support to center staff Helps with financial audits to include support services and worksite agreement contracts Writes, reviews, and/or updates quality improvement plan items Organizes and participates in Administrative Quality Committee at a minimum of five per year Presents consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement - Recommends corrective action in weekly reports to Project Director Follows up on previously implemented corrective action plans Maintains client complaint log and ensure clients are responded to within 24 hours of contact Establishes corrective action plans promptly Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field; Equivalent combination of acceptable related experience and/or training may be substituted for two years of the education requirement on a year for year basis Minimum three years' experience in Quality and Project Management as well as conducting quality assurance audits and developing quality improvement action plans Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of Quality Management Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to design and deliver presentations/programs Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
