What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role within financial services, banking, FinTech, or other complex software environments.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical documentation, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience providing Level 3 application support and troubleshooting complex production issues across enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments; exposure to financial messaging, payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, SQL, XML/JSON, or financial services platforms is highly desirable.

What you'll bring:

• Experience working with data tools and technologies, including enterprise databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, data structures and data access methods.
• Experience developing and maintaining data processes, pipelines and technical solutions.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, validation and management.
• Ability to translate stakeholder and user requirements into clear, effective and technically achievable data solutions.
• Experience applying data quality, governance, security and documentation best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
