POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in upholding and enhancing our quality standards. You’ll be responsible for managing quality-related data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining document control systems. With an analytical mindset and a passion for accuracy, you’ll help drive operational excellence across departments.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 13 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • 13 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Production, or related fields (preferred)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced, highstandards production environment
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
  • Proficient in Google Suite or equivalent software tools

Responsibilities
  • Gather, organize, and maintain quality data across departments and platforms
  • Analyze trends and anomalies in quality metrics; recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards with clear visualizations (charts, graphs, KPIs)
  • Assist in drafting internal quality reports and presentation materials
  • Maintain document control: submission, revision, archival, and version control
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to review and update documentation
  • Track and report on continuous improvement projects
  • Support customer claim processing through documentation and internal coordination
  • Assist with delivering training on new or revised quality procedures
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the Quality Management team
  • Communicate quality metrics and initiatives companywide
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
