FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE:

To assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the development, maintenance and communication of the company Quality Assurance system.

The key roles the FTC will be conducting (as a minimum) are:

• Validation of balance checks

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To maintain, control and communicate the company Quality System documentation.
• Maintain KPI’s and reports for the Quality department and escalation of red flag issues to quality management.
• To administer and review the Non-Conformance, corrective and preventive action systems via QMS systems where necessary.
• To support the internal quality audit programme
• To monitor and maintain the quality record storage systems.
• To oversee the calibration and equipment verification system – maintaining records and the completion of these records. Raising problems to the quality engineers or quality manager
• To support risk management of non conformances raised through calibration.
• To assist the Quality Manager in the administration of customer and third party quality audits, and the maintenance of Quality system and product approvals, including visit screening
• Coordinate the maintenance of record control and compliance to the required templates and systems across the site.
• To maintain the smooth running of the Quality Assurance department by covering absenteeism or work load fluctuations
• Update and maintain supplier quality agreements
• Administrate the update of specification and raw material changes within ERP system from information given by other departments
