On behalf of our aviation client, Procom is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a 12-month role.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST – HCM MODERNIZATION PROGRAM - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the HCM Modernization Program to ensure that all Dayforce HCM modules are configured correctly to meet business requirements. The role involves ensuring all integration and technical components of the program function correctly to meet desired functionality, performance, and quality specifications.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST – HCM MODERNIZATION PROGRAM - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience with Jira and ADO
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST – HCM MODERNIZATION PROGRAM – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with Dayforce or other similar Human Capital Management/Payroll testing experience

• Support Business Analysts and other team members in developing test cases and success criteria
• Develop test plans and procedures to ensure requirements are met
• Conduct or support testing on software configuration/development
• Detect and track issues and defects from QA activities and monitor for resolution
• Prepare documentation, reports, and results based on the test plan process
• Validate functional requirements within the Dayforce HCM module
