What you will do:

• Measure quality data across sales, operations, and Logistics. Report and correct shortfalls.
• Ensure accurate and timely quality and production data reporting from team
• Maintain daily productivity and quality tracking for Distribution Center
• Revise and Create New SOPs and work instructions
• Compile meeting material for Key Performance Indicator (KPI meetings)
• Assist with special projects
• Coordinate with the Sonepar Team to validate reporting and provide all necessary quality reporting information
• Work closely with supervisors, management, and other departments to ensure seamless production.
• Work directly with employees to improve productivity and efficiency goals with management direction
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What you will bring:

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• The ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment.
• The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties.
• The ability to safely operate appropriate powered industrial trucks. Training will be provided.
• This job is performed in a large distribution center warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate computers and/or relevant warehouse computer software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Salary Range: $55K-$65K
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Work hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM- position may require pre-scheduled work on the 2nd shift.
