Job Summary: As a QA Analyst placed by Paper Alternative Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring all documents are processed accurately before final submission. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify errors, and the communication skills to provide feedback and guidance to team members. QA Analysts also support training and ongoing quality improvement across the team. Work Schedules: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required Saturday shifts may be required when a holiday falls on a Monday Requirements · Review completed documents to ensure all information is accurate and properly processed before submission · Identify errors and assign them to keying agents when documents are processed incorrectly and flagged in the QA queue · Train new employees on various document types and processing procedures · Provide feedback to data entry personnel so they understand and correct mistakes · Answer questions and provide support to both work-from-home staff and on-site agents through the daily IDC chat system Skills: · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to identify discrepancies and errors efficiently · Clear communication and coaching ability · Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate internal systems · Ability to multitask and manage workflow
