Description
SAIC is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands. This position is contingent upon an award expected Spring of 2026. It is hybrid-remote with weekly onsite requirements in Pascagoula, MS. Candidates must be local to the area. Duties: Oversee the quality assurance of the stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Security Cutter C5ISR systems. Ensure Test Procedures comply with contract requirements including required quality reviews. Establish methodical process to ensure quality control of test procedures in accordance with MIL STD 2106. Communicate all key quality plans, commitments, and changes. Collect and analyze data to assess systems status in support of formal testing. Ensure all required General Purpose and Special Purpose test equipment are calibrated and will remain calibrated throughout the execution of stage 4 and 5 tests. Review test procedure development and execution across cross-functional teams. Adhere to change control processes for all relate CDRLs, data, and reports. Ensure any test failure is documented, risks and impacts to project plan identified, and proposed solutions conform to contract requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to program requirements. Support root cause analysis with technical team to ensure issues do not recur. Works with the cross functional managers to identify potential testing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the role, including a clearly defined requirements hands off process between teams. Develop and maintain Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure required quality control and safety of personnel and equipment. Please view our program page for more information and to view all open positions available: jobs.saic.com/CutterC5ISR Requirements: Bachelors degree and two (2) years or more relevant experience with one or more of the following shipboard C5ISR systems: Radio communication racks Interior Communications(Alarm/Saferty/Warning) Shipboard CGOne/Unclass/SIPRNET LANs Surface Search Radar Navigation Distribution system Integrated Bridge System Experience with performing quality checks of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures. Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management System and associated processes. Prior experience providing QA support in a shipyard environment. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Secret clearance. Valid US Passport Desired Quals & Experience: Three (3) years as quality analyst of Naval or related electronics and communications equipment and systems. Proficiency of Microsoft Office. Proficient Soft Skills for engaging with individuals in person, on phone and in written mediums. Prior experience working in a Firm Fixed Price environment.
