Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of system testing on simple to complex software implementations. The QA Analyst works collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements. The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 per year. Responsibilities include Review user requirements to ensure that specifications are accurate and obtainable Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of various sizes Perform testing on various software and reporting systems Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process Accurately document meetings, handle changes to project priorities,s and multitask against those effectively Analyze how documents are handled throughout our system Verify that documents are in the proper places, and for those that are not, determine why and ensure that they get to their correct destination Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of Associate's Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Math or Computer Science) Experience with technical documentation One year of minimum experience in a quality assurance role is preferred. Experience with flow charts Microsoft Office experience is a must, with a focus on Word and Excel Experience with SQL or queries Experience working with a relational database (Ex. Access) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to understand and assess a directive to ensure its process & programming are accurate Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to read and understand code written in a variety of programming languages (Ex. C++, Visual Basic, Java, Python) is preferred.
