Collaborate across teams to strengthen processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements 1–2 years of BPO experience No QA experience required​ Strong understanding of contact center operations. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and objectivity. Proficiency in QA tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Skilled in providing constructive, data-driven feedback.
