Our client, a food manufacturer, is looking for a sharp-minded, quality-driven professional to lead all things Food Safety, QA, and regulatory compliance?from the micro lab to the USDA meeting room.

• Overall management of SQF, HACCP, SSOP, Food Defense, and Quality programs
• Direct and train a team including the SQF Practitioner, HACCP Coordinator, and QA Techs across two shifts
• Oversee plant-wide training in safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Manage all internal audits, USDA relations, and third-party inspections
• Lead pre-op sanitation, re-clean tracking, micro lab, and pest control programs
• Handle customer complaints and ensure robust corrective actions
• Control and optimize the quality budget while maintaining excellence across systems
