Position info:
The Quality Assurance and Intake Manager works closely with the leaders of the department to ensure service delivery meets Oregon Administrative Rule and Shangri-La policies and best practice including coaching and training on a regular basis. Ensures Quality Reviews occur and manages the review process for the IDD/APD Residential Department. Responds to program needs where quality improvement is necessary. Will fulfill the role of residential manager or program manager as needed.
Receives and documents customer referrals and follows referral process to determine admission criteria per agency policy. Initiates admission process through timely and professional communication and has thorough understanding of OAR’s including agency policy as it relates to admits/exits and transfers, including agency compliance. Works with Designated Referral Contact’s (DRC) in multiple counties as it relates to referrals. Reliable and regular attendance is imperative.

Starting Salary: 4676.53 Monthly
Salary Range: $4676.53 to $5915.86
Reports to: IDD Director
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the I/DD field is required, with progressively increasing responsibility and a thorough, demonstrated knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) Must have a current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record. Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
