OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest quality of our products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

SKILLS

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Strong experience in quality audits, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies.
  • Prioritize workload inspections, and First Article Inspections (FAI’s).
  • Documents and tracks customer complaints, non-conformances and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA’s)
  • Manage quality system procedures, forms and work instructions.
  • Manage calibration systems and gage calibration.
  • Authorized the Material Review Board (MRB) to dispose of items.
  • Preforms inspection of parts and sort customer parts on an as needed basis.
  • Co-ordinates internal and external audits and hosts customer audits.
  • Precision Machine shop experience a plus.
  • CMM experience a plus.

    Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage documentation related to quality assurance processes, including reports and records of quality inspections.
  • Lead training initiatives for staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
