Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Lab Tech to join our team. As a Quality Assurance and Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conducting routine and non-routine analysis of in-process product, raw materials, finished products.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and ensuring the laboratory is clean and organized
  • Interpreting, analyzing, and communicating results to relevant departments
  • Following standard operating procedures and good laboratory practices
  • Participating in internal and external audits, and maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Generating and updating standard operating procedures and test methods
  • Troubleshooting laboratory issues and recommending solutions
  • Providing support to other team members as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all testing performed

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years experience in testing plastic material for pipe production facilities.
  • Minimum 2 years degree in Chemistry, polymer, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and quality control charts.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lab Technician
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory software
