The Quality Assurance and Training coordinator is responsible for performing quality reviews for various teams within Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan® administration. In addition, this role is responsible for providing training and mentorship for team members.
As the successful candidate, you will provide support, and field questions throughout the day. You will identify business process improvements and suggest ways to streamline or enhance procedures while you document our processes and maintain training materials. This position requires excellent time management and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
You will be an essential component of the team, ensuring we maintain a high level of accuracy and provide our clients and partners with a quality product and exceptional customer service. Continuing education in Training and Development may be required as needed.

  • Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in group benefits administration processing with demonstrated experience as a trainer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Consistently high-level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create reports, documents, and presentations, and maintain training materials
