REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, electronics, or assembly line work
• Familiarity with basic testing tools and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40+ lbs

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment
• Basic understanding of quality control documentation
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus

Effex Management Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate for one of our client locations in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in electronics, assembly line operations, and product testing. You will help ensure products meet strict quality standards before packaging and distribution.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect electronic components and assembled products for defects or inconsistencies
• Conduct basic functional and visual tests to verify product quality
• Record inspection results and report any issues to supervisors
• Work closely with production staff to maintain quality standards
• Follow procedures for handling and testing electronic products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
