Parnell is on an exciting growth trajectory and we’re looking for a Quality Assurance - Compliance Senior Associate to join our Quality Assurance Team, in our facility in Alexandria.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated and FDA accredited manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting quality systems, and driving continuous improvement across our operations — working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, including contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs).

This role reports to the Quality Assurance - Compliance Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage and coordinate artwork and labelling changes, including CMO-related changes.

Manage compliance documentation, document control and QMS records in ZenQMS.

Update, report and present the monthly QMS matrix and quality metrics.

Support customer complaints, returned goods, deviations and CAPAs as required.

Support and actively participate in internal and external audits, inspections, recalls and media fills.

Review and update QMS documents, item cards and manufacturing specifications.

Identify and support continuous improvement and QMS digitalisation initiatives.

Prior experience with eQMS or other GMP related computerised systems highly regarded.
