JOB OVERVIEW:

The QA Associate supports the Quality Assurance team in ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. This role involves analyzing product failures or rejections, performing root cause/failure analysis (particularly electrical issues), maintaining calibration of meters and calipers, and providing general support to QA operations.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of quality assurance experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with root cause/failure analysis.
• Experience with Corrective Actions and First Article Inspections.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Quality Assurance: 2 years (Required)
• Electrical engineering: 1 year (Required

• Support Quality Assurance department with compliance tasks.
• Perform and document root cause/failure analysis.
• Provide Corrective Actions and First Article Inspections when required by customer.
• Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment, including meters and calipers.
• File and manage QA documentation and work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned
