Job Description The Quality Assurance Auditor protects the business by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and regulations. They provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. They are responsible for auditing documentation during the onboarding process, ensuring both Allegis Global Solutions and Client onboarding requirements are fully completed for all candidates before starting their assignment. The QA Auditor is a confident individual who is comfortable liaising with different departments at different levels and can provide feedback constructively. They are responsible for presenting analysis reports to colleagues/management and will have a keen eye for detail/high accuracy level. Core Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with established internal procedures by auditing records, reports, and documentation Completes audits on a variety of Field Support processes and documents audit findings Create and deliver reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing audit results and trends Supports with client audit requests, adhering to deadlines, updating the audit tracker, recommending new policies and procedures Responsible for tracking any remedial actions identified during an audit through to completion Partner with the Quality Assurance Officer in enforcing adherence to requirements and building efficiency; advising management on needed additional training and actions Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training on legislation relating to compliance and vetting requirements Is a subject matter expert in all Field Support Groups policies and procedures Review, prepare, and format client-specific addendums to be uploaded into the relevant systems Participation in projects as required Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time Qualifications Customer focused, helpful and willing to support at all times Understanding of the principle for providing excellent customer service Acts with self-confidence, decisiveness and integrity at all times Confidence to analyse issues and present solutions to key stakeholders Strong team player, able to work closely with individuals at all levels within the business Ability to work under pressure, manage high workloads whilst maintaining ability to organise and prioritise Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages Advanced Compliance knowledge in relation to onboarding and screening processes (e.g. strong understanding of quality standards) would be desirable but not essential Knowledge of industry relevant legislations (e.g. IR35, AWR, The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and Data Protection Act) would be desirable but not essential Have an understanding on the signing of terms and translating contractual obligations into operational processes Good communication skills – must be able to build both local and remote working relationships Additional Information As a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
