SDUK’s brands include the Nation’s favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Davidstow, Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy-free products.
This is a key role to ensure we continue to run a compliant and safe production site (covering cheese and whey production areas), acting as a champion for all matters of quality and food safety in an autonomous environment.
Working within a team, you will have the opportunity to continue learning and developing your knowledge of the plant and processes to ensure compliance, deliver audits, and act as a facilitator between operations and the on-site and external labs.
This role is an initial 3-month fixed term contract (FTC) with a potential for extension.
Due to the remote location, you must have a valid UK driver license and own transportation to get to site.

• Experienced with QA/auditing responsibilities and requirements within an FMCG production environment
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of HACCP
• A hands-on individual, with an eye for detail and ability to influence the actions of others
• Able to demonstrate experience working with data, reports, and different systems
