JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join us. Experience with meeting regulatory requirements and QMS is imperative. You will be working closely with an external expert, and will be creating, monitoring and analysing data, collating all risks posed to users of our products, and applying CAPA procedures where necessary including Risk Analysis and Risk Management.
You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality assurance strategies. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, with a solid understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in dealing with regulatory bodies (MHRA) and Medical Agencies and Notified Bodies.
  • CAPA Reporting and Analysis including NCRs and PMS.
  • Effective Risk Analysis & Risk Management
  • QMS Document Control Assistance and Generation.
  • External Auditing Coordination.
  • Quality Assurance of QMS, Product, Suppliers and Customers.
  • Familiarity with various testing tools and software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Quality Assurance or related fields are beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects or areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Document test results, track defects, and provide detailed reports on findings to relevant teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements based on testing outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance methodologies.
