Description
  • QA Consultant levels.Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000/year (based on experience and level)Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business, functional, and system requirements to develop effective testing strategies.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, features, configurations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Business Stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure end-to-end quality.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate Salesforce workflows, business processes, data, integrations, and system functionality.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution using established defect management processes.
  • Support projects throughout the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design through production implementation.
  • Prepare status reports highlighting testing progress, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test results, business scenarios, and traceability matrices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance QA processes, testing standards, and automation practices.
  • Required QualificationsUniversity degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of QA/testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce functionality, workflows, integrations, data validation, and end-to-end business processes.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
  • Experience with manual testing; automation testing experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience testing Salesforce integrations with other enterprise applications is considered an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
