Responsibilities
  • Maintain Customer Concern and Outside Sort Tracking Logs.
  • Provide initial response to customers for new Customer Concerns.
  • Timely and accurate data entry into Customer Concern tracking software.
  • Coordinate and verify customer returned goods.
  • Send corrective action reports to customers.
  • Provide certifications to the customer when requested.
  • Participate in internal audit programs, to help maintain company certifications.
  • Assist in other Quality related tasks as needed, for example: perform QC Technician duties as needed
