Description

With the aggressive growth DaBella is currently experiencing, our team needs a proactive, confident Quality Assurance Coordinator responsible for ensuring consistent quality of product, Installation & warranty along with enforcing company processes and procedures. The Quality Assurance Coordinator must possess good communication skills, including note taking and report writing, know jurisdictional building codes, construction standards, and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience in the residential construction industry and can transfer this knowledge into managing the quality control of the projects sold company wide.
DaBella specializes in internal/external home improvement, including the full removal/replacement of roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and baths. We currently have over 50 locations in 18 states and are continuing to add additional locations every year.
Status: Monday - Friday, Full-time
Compensation: $28.75 - $31.25 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of residential construction background
  • General knowledge of roofing and siding is preferred
  • Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Lead Certified, OSHA Certified is Preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
  • Observe construction for general compliance with permitting, lead safe practices, Product Specifications, building codes, and prepare field notes and reports.
  • Spend up to 50% of the day traveling to homeowners to discuss home improvement projects and inspections – vehicle provided
  • Meet with homeowners to discuss home improvement projects, deescalate complaints and find a solution to meet the homeowners needs
  • Use basic equipment, including but not limited to measuring tape and a ladder.
  • Use computer network drives (CRM), email (outlook), and document management systems dictated by project requirements.
  • Review project documents such as Contracts, & Program built plans, and verify that the project records support the Homeowners contractual requirements.
  • Explain contracts and technical information to Homeowners and subcontractors
  • Continue to pursue additional certifications as assigned.
