What you can expect:

• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and operational quality and safety requirements.
• Responsibility for the proper storage, testing, dispensing and transport of medicinal products in accordance with GDP guidelines.
• Implementation and further development of quality and safety management including audits, risk management and improvement measures.
• Organization and monitoring of recalls, returns, deviations, complaints, and the handling of non-marketable or counterfeit medicines.
• Ensuring the necessary training, documentation and qualifications, as well as cooperation with employees, service providers, authorities and internal departments.
• They are responsible for preparing and conducting internal audits and regulatory inspections. This includes monitoring quality requirements and working to eliminate identified weaknesses.

Your profile:

• Completed pharmaceutical or scientific studies or equivalent training as well as the legally required qualification as a responsible person in accordance with § 52a AMG.
• Professional experience in quality assurance in pharmaceutical wholesale or the pharmaceutical industry, ideally as a VP or deputy VP, is an advantage.
• Experience with certification processes and government inspections.
• Analytical and structured working style, strong sense of responsibility, and independent and solution-oriented action.
• Communication and teamwork skills, proficient use of MS Office, technical understanding and commitment to a responsible task.
