TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Manual Testing : This is a mandatory requirement, with a minimum of 3 years of experience expected.
• Automation Testing : While not mandatory, it is considered a good-to-have skill, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Performance Testing : This is also a good-to-have skill, with a minimum of 2 years of experience desired.
• Other Skills : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL practices, and CI/CD processes is a good-to-have requirement, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• To provide operational support for the Digital Ops Support, which includes:
• Collaborate with the product team (developers, product owner, designer, etc.) to handle product development, release management, infrastructure provisioning and deployment during the implementation
• Work closely with product development team to develop and release the requested features
• Work closely with Security Architect to integrate security best practices
• Identify and resolve environment automation problems in a timely fashion
• Post implementations provide handover the Digital Ops team
• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation in confluence
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
• Design,develop and maintain robust testing environments, frameworks and plans for the whole range of functional and non-functional testing.
• Develop and manage testing plans for products in a collaborative, multi-function team environment.
• Advise on Quality Engineering practices and workflow.
• Provide execution and strategic oversight for testing plans and methods across the full life cycle from requirements gathering to development to delivery.
• Lead and direct team to identify blind spots, triage problems and take corrective actions.
• Elicit performance feedback regularly from end-users.
  Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
