• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
• Manage the documentation and reporting of quality assurance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for any adverse incidents, implementing effective preventive measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization’s quality practices remain compliant.
• Assist in the preparation for accreditation and certification processes by maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to analyze patient care data and enhance overall quality outcomes.
• Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Serve as a liaison between management and healthcare teams to drive a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a Hospital is must.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO, JCI, or NCQA.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools to enhance quality reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
