Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a mid-level engineer (QA focus) who’s passionate about building innovative platforms that empower teams to deliver high-quality software at scale. This isn’t a traditional testing role, you won’t be running manual test cases all day. Instead, you’ll be a core builder of a custom quality platform, leveraging AI, Playwright, Node.js, and .NET to enable intelligent, efficient, and scalable quality practices across our engineering organisation.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, thrive in ambiguous environments, and are keen to shape the future of how quality is embedded into platforms from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and develop a platform that enables automated quality checks, reporting, and insights using modern frameworks (Playwright, Node.js, .NET).
  • Leverage AI to build smart quality tools and systems (e.g., self-healing tests, intelligent validation, pattern recognition).
  • Work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality into the CI/CD pipeline and platform infrastructure.
  • Drive a culture of shift-left testing, observability, and continuous feedback.
  • Build tools and utilities that reduce manual QA work and scale quality processes intelligently.
  • Own quality from a systems-thinking perspective – focus on platform reliability, testability, and automation strategy.
  • Solve challenging problems, experiment with ideas, and iterate fast.
  • Communicate clearly with local and remote teams to drive alignment and improvements.
