EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience leading ISO implimentation. Good people skills including management of personnel. Demonstrated leadership abilities with progressively increasing responsibilities in career progression.
  • Experience in implementing quality management systems and conducting internal and external audits.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodology such as Lean / Lean Six Sigma.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex data and develop precise solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • High level of self-motivation, independence and the ability to manage projects independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to work in a manufacturing shop floor setting.

    Responsibilities:Quality management (50%):
  3. Development, introduction and implementation of an effective quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other relevant norms and standards.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating quality systems to ensure processes are up to standards and continuously improved.
  5. Planning and conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with different departments to set quality goals, monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Conducting training and education programs to increase awareness and understanding of quality management principles throughout the organization.
