ABOUT US

Joseph Decorative Glass is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to help us maintain excellence in decorative glass and fit-out projects. This role will ensure our products meet the highest standards, from production through final installation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, ideally in glass production and fit-out environments.
• Strong knowledge of Inspection Test Plans (ITP), WIR, MIR, Method Statements, and NCR processes.
• Familiarity with fit-out project workflows, including on-site quality control.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to quality management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for collaboration across departments.

• Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) to ensure consistency in quality across all project phases.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR), collaborating with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Draft, review, and uphold Method Statements for quality assurance, covering procedures for both production and fit-out installations.
• Conduct detailed Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee on-site quality checks during fit-out installations, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site personnel to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and followed in both production and fit-out settings.
• Monitor compliance with quality management systems, adhering to ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
