Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Identify and analyze customer quality and technical requirements
  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance systems and activities to ensure these meet customer requirements
  • Partner with Customer Service, Program Management, Design Engineering, and Value Stream Support Teams to ensure timely and accurate flow down of customer requirements and effective integration into company documentation and processes

Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Engineer

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical discipline preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to gather and assemble facts and information into a logical report with well supported conclusions and summaries
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
