Description

The Role: We are building a cloud-native platform with AI as the baseline. AI is not a feature layer. It defines how systems are designed, how quality signals are structured, and how engineers think before building. AI in the product starts from system design, data modeling, and testability. QA engineers here are builders who own quality for features and services. You think about automation, reliability, performance, security, and customer impact before using AI tools. You help move quality earlier in design, development, testing, and release. Tasks: * Own test planning and execution for cloud services, APIs, and user workflows * Develop and maintain automated tests for API, integration, regression, and UI coverage * Use AI tools to accelerate test design, data generation, and failure analysis with engineering review * Perform performance validation for services and identify latency, throughput, and scale risks * Perform security-focused testing for access control, data handling, and common cloud risks * Track quality metrics including defect trends, automation coverage, flaky tests, and release readiness * Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and test environment reliability * Investigate production and customer issues and add preventive test coverage * Review requirements and designs for testability and risk * Collaborate with developers and product owners to deliver reliable releases Qualifications: * University degree in computer science, mathematics, IT or relevant professional experience with qualified technical training * 4 to 7 years of relevant QA, automation, or cloud software quality experience * Strong experience with test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and cloud service validation * Understanding of performance engineering, security testing, quality metrics, and release readiness * Ability to use AI tools effectively while applying sound test judgment * Working with moderate supervision * Takes responsibility for feature quality and provides quality leadership for assigned features Interested? Responsibilities

Own the test planning and execution for cloud services, APIs, and user workflows while developing automated tests. Collaborate with developers to integrate quality gates into CI/CD and ensure the reliability of AI-driven system designs.
