Responsibilities Contribute to product verification and quality assurance of Cincom’s state-of-the-art Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution. Prepare and maintain test environments for execution of test scenarios. Develop and execute test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution. Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure existing functionality remains stable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Hands-on experience developing and executing feature test plans and manual test cases. Experience with Windows-based systems. Strong technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Ranorex). Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM/ERP platforms. Experience using Postman for API testing. Knowledge of SQL Server. Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes is a plus. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
