ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a QA Engineer to be the final line of defense before anything we build reaches real users. You’ll test, validate, and stress every part of our platform from logins and flows to edge cases and integrations helping ensure that Pryze is stable, intuitive, and error-free.
You’ll work closely with our CTO, developers, and product team to define test cases, squash bugs, and raise the quality bar across the board. If something’s not working right, you’ll find it and help fix it before anyone else notices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create the procedures and execute test plans and test cases for all major features and releases
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and cross-browser/device testing
• Track, document, and prioritize bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity levels and create the procedure to track and document this across departments
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to catch issues early and resolve them fast
• Maintain and optimize manual testing processes (automated testing experience a plus)
• Ensure a smooth, secure, and intuitive experience for both commercial and government users
• Stress-test the platform for edge cases, unusual behavior, and system-level failures
• Contribute ideas for improving QA workflows, tools, and test coverage
