Job Responsibilities Product Thinking & Requirement Analysis: Understand system specifications, business requirements, and design documents. Anticipate user issues and suggest improvements from a product perspective. Ownership & Proactive Quality Management: Take full ownership of product quality for assigned modules/components. Identify risks, gaps, and ambiguities proactively, and communicate early to the team. Design and execute tests across Functional, Regression, Integration, API, Mobile, Component, Database, Performance, and Security testing. Performance & Security Testing: Conduct basic performance, load, and security testing to ensure reliability and robustness of applications, APIs, and databases. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare detailed test reports, user guides, and video tutorials. Share QA best practices and mentor team members to improve team-wide quality. Client Support & UAT Facilitation: Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure smooth product acceptance, and promptly address issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers in Agile/Scrum teams. Manage multiple projects/modules and ensure quality delivery across all stages of the SDLC. Continuous Learning & AI Empowerment: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging QA tools, and AI-driven solutions. Apply AI and automation creatively to optimize testing productivity and quality outcomes. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software and reducing critical defects. Proactive, creative, and responsible; consistently identifies risks and contributes solutions that improve product quality. Strong understanding of testing processes, strategies, and techniques; produces clear, actionable documentation that drives efficient QA workflows. Detail-oriented and reliable, able to independently manage tasks or collaborate effectively under high workload while ensuring timely delivery. Quick learner, continuously updating knowledge to enhance testing effectiveness, particularly in travel and hospitality domains, contributing to better user experiences and product outcomes. Preferences Experience testing mobile applications, especially in finance or securities.
