Description

Responsibilities · Assist in maintaining a high level of corporate governance in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control through the implementation and execution of the Project Integrated Management System · Participate in the review of QA submissions and relevant documentations to ensure adequacy, appropriateness and compliance with prescribed requirements · Conduct regular on-site quality surveillance on a daily and weekly basis, as well as report against approved method statements and specification requirements · Prepare draft audit plans, specifications, checklists and correspondences related to audit notification, verification and closure of audit findings · Conduct quality audit activities, compile audit reports with findings and recommendations · Carry out inspections and testing of materials and systems for railway projects to be undertaken outside Hong Kong · Assist in organising quality promotion events Requirements · Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline · A minimum of 4 years' experience in large-scale multi-disciplinary railway or infrastructure projects · Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution in engineering or quality professional with ISO 9001 lead auditor training is preferred · Strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English (preferably including Putonghua) Remarks · Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms · Occasional business travel is required
