We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to support the development and launch of a new HVAC dehumidifier product within our New Product Introduction (NPI) program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring product and process quality from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, a strong foundation in quality tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process validation.

• Plans, develops, and implements control plans for change management systems, such as NPI (New Product Introduction), collateral changes, and engineering changes.
• Ensures that product specifications are implemented within manufacturing processes.
• Participates in the validation of manufacturing processes.
• Participates in the coordination and implementation of product and/or process introductions and changes.
• Leads, supervises, monitors, and coordinates assigned corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensures compliance with quality management system procedures.
• Acts in accordance with the quality policy guidelines.
• Understands the quality objectives relevant to their role and actively contributes to achieving them.
• Supports and delivers results in training and raising awareness among their team regarding objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements, and operational controls to promote environmental responsibility.
• Actively participates in the 5S+1 Program, a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with program standards and fulfilling roles as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader, or Committee Member as required.
• Actively participates in Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with system requirements and performing assigned activities.
