TE TŪRANGA – ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to dive into the engine room of one of New Zealand’s most iconic and future-focused organisations? As a Quality Assurance Engineer in our Agile Delivery Squad, you’ll do far more than test — you’ll champion quality from the very beginning of every sprint. You’ll be right at the heart of delivery, helping us build robust SAP solutions and complex technical integrations that power the retail experiences of millions of Kiwis.
Part of both your squad and our dynamic FSNI QA Practice, you’ll blend analytical thinking, technical precision, and a team-first mindset to ensure we deliver work that’s not just complete — but genuinely high quality. From functional test planning to automation-first execution, you’ll be setting the standard for excellence while keeping things fresh, fun, and fast-moving.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Be a hands-on QA expert embedded in an Agile squad, owning test planning and execution for everything from interfaces to integrations.
• Drive an automation-first mindset, building and enhancing test automation harnesses across SAP and beyond.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure defect-free delivery with a proactive, solution-first attitude.
• Be a key voice in both the squad and FSNI QA Practice — sharing ideas, evolving processes, and shaping how we deliver quality at scale.
• Lead quality initiatives across complex SAP environments — and maybe even run your own test environment.
